Delivery and Returns

Delivery

• Delivery charges are applied at checkout.
• All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
• You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time your order is processed.
• Please note that these are only estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• In case you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
• To initiate a cancellation/report an issue, navigate to ORDER DETAILS and enter your details. You will then find the action tool to write to us with your grievance.

Returns

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping charges).
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear images of the damage or defect to the product.
• Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on returning the item and issue a replacement.
• In case the shoe doesn’t fit, let us know what size you would prefer instead, and we will provide instructions on exchanging the item.
• To initiate a return or exchange, navigate to ORDER DETAILS and enter your details. You will then find the action tool to write to us with your grievance.
• We currently don’t deliver outside of India.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
