Our mission
We exist to reconnect people with the natural strength and freedom of their feet.
We are beginning this journey with movement - by restoring what has been lost, reconnecting you to your feet and, through them, to the earth.
Rooted in tradition and culture, New World System seeks to revive the old while reimagining the new. It is a quiet rebellion, an intentional defiance of the systems that disconnect us from ourselves, from each other, and from the world beneath our feet. And with strong, healthy steps, we commit to forging a path toward something fairer, freer, and more human.
It all begins here, with movement.
We exist to reconnect people with the natural strength and freedom of their feet.
Handmade with precision, using premium materials, our footwear isn’t just about style. It is inspired by centuries-old craftsmanship and barefoot traditions. It is about restoring balance, strength, and connection to the world beneath you.
The foundation of everything we create is our craftsman. Without them, there would be no product, no brand, and no movement. Their skill and labour are the backbone of our company, and so, we are committed to valuing them accordingly.
We hope to be a movement that challenges the status quo, infecting others along the way to value labour the way we do.
We follow a 5:1 pay model - no one in our company, including our founders, takes home more than five times the earnings of another
This principle extends to our profits as well. Our goal is to set a new standard for fairness in business, proving that valuing labour isn’t just ethical—it is the future.
But this model is just the beginning; it is almost a compromise. We envision a future where we evolve to a 3:1 pay model, and even 1:1 someday.
But fair wages are just the first step. Our ultimate goal is a workplace where decisions are made democratically, unanimously, where hierarchies melt away, and work becomes a deeply fulfilling and creative process for everyone involved.
“A truly free world is one where any and all people can form an enterprise, and labour equality is the foundation of that freedom”
